Promotion Official Rules

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by **The Light Rabbit** (“Sponsor”).

The Promotion is open only to residents who are **18 years of age or older** at the time of entry in the United States. Void where prohibited.

Promotion will run until **The Light Rabbit reaches the goal of 1,000 followers on the Whatnot app**. The live drawing will be held on **October 9, 2025**, provided the goal of 1,000 followers has been met. If the follower goal has not been met, the giveaway will be rescheduled to the following week.

To enter, participants must:

* Follow **The Light Rabbit** profile on the Whatnot app; and

* Attend the scheduled live giveaway show on the Whatnot app.

The winner will receive:

**One (1) Milwaukee M18 Fuel 2-Tool Combo Kit with Drill and Impact Driver (out of box)**, approximate retail value (“ARV”) **$399**.

No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants in attendance during the live giveaway show.

Winner will be selected at random using a random generator **10 minutes into the scheduled live show**.

Winner will be notified live during the show and contacted via their Whatnot account. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize will be shipped to the winner within **5 business days of verification**. Shipping will be at the winner’s expense.
